Lucía De García is the founder, President & CEO of Élan International of Newport Beach, California, since 1984. Élan assists both foreign and domestic enterprises in Latin American business practices, opening new markets, and expanding market share throughout the hemisphere.
Lucia is a board member and International Relations Chair of the Latin Business Association (LBA).
