Worldbrain is an extension of PeopleNet, which was first introduced to the net in early 1995 (face2face.com). In 1997, in conjunction with CB-ISTIC (China's primary Internet Service Provider) and Cornell University (The CU-SeeMe Project), PeopleNet pioneered early Internet technical support services using interactive videoconferencing.

In late 2007, Worldbrain expects to introduce the concept of "Neuroface," a personal interactive world headquarters for individual Internet Users, incorporating state-of-the art elements in personal worldwide multimedia communication, collaboration, scheduling, remote services and transactions and electronic banking.
